SI Caught By ACB For Taking Bribe Of Rs. 40,000
Warangal/Hyderabad, Aug 2 (Maxim News): G, Venkanna, Sub-Inspector (SHO) of Parvathagiri Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate was caught by Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials for accepting the amount of Rs. 40 thousand bribe through P.Sadanandam, ARPC (Driver) to issue Notices and Station bail in a criminal case for 3 accused persons.

Dharani Operator Was Arrested Yesterday For Bribery
Chakali Arun Kumar, a Dharani Operator, and Manne Santosh, a Junior Assistant at the Tahsildar’s office in Ameenpur Mandal, Sangareddy District, were arrested by the ACB Medak Range for accepting a bribe of Rs. 30,000 from Venkatesham Yadav, a resident of Bandalguda, Sangareddy District. The bribe was allegedly taken to expedite the forwarding of a succession file for Venkatesham’s mother-in-law.
The ACB recovered the bribe amount from Arun Kumar’s Baleno car. A chemical test on the car’s dashboard returned positive results, confirming the presence of the bribe money. Based on Arun Kumar’s confession, further investigations are being conducted, including searches at the residence of. P Radha, Tahsildar, Ameenpur Mandal. Arun is an outsourcing employee.

Both Arun Kumar and Manne Santosh have been arrested and presented before the Addl. Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases Court in Hyderabad. The investigation is ongoing. (Maxim News)
