Hyderabad, Dec 22 (Maxim News): INDI Alliance parties led by Telangana Congress has stage a dharna against the BJP government of the center for suspending the opposition MPs from Parliament, at Dharna Chowk, today.
Speaking on this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Malllu Bhatti Vikramarka said that when the INDI Alliance MPs questioned about the Parliament incident, they had been suspended, he raised slogans saying “Save Democracy.
He said, looking at the Central administration, it seems that democracy is under attack, if there is an attack on the Indian parliament, which is elected by all the people, will the MPs be suspended if the information is asked?
He said that the BJP (NDA) government is acting as if there is no information about the attack, as if nothing has happened, looking at these conditions, India is in their hands, he said. They want to think that an attack on the Indian parliament is an attack on democracy, 146 MPs have been suspended, can there be a more shameful thing? he commented. He said there is no right to speak freely in the country. He alleged that the country’s governance is continuing towards dictatorial trends. He said that it is the responsibility of all people to protect democracy. Rulers who cannot protect the Indian Parliament, will they protect the people of the country? he asked. (Maxim News)
