“Scaling a company is not just about growing revenue; it’s about building systems, leaders, and a culture that can thrive without the founder at the center of every decision,” said Vamsi Udayagiri, Founder and CEO of Hesa. “I look forward to sharing practical lessons from our journey and engaging with fellow founders who are navigating similar transitions.”

The event will also feature insights from Jeffrey Prickett, Global Director of Stanford Seed. He will provide an overview of the Stanford Seed Transformation Program. This ten-month program supports founders and CEOs of growth-stage companies with annual revenues between $300,000 and $15 million.
