The Data Center facility will house Co-location and Hyperscale clients spread across a 4,300 sq. mt—area with a total IT load of 1.5 MW. SWPC’s scope included complete turnkey Civil & MEP for the facility and Tier-III Uptime TCDD and TCCF certification. One of the first-of-its-kind features includes the modular design of civil structures made of prefabricated steel, which ensures faster execution and better quality vis-à-vis normal brick-and-mortar structures. The project also included an Indirect Adiabatic Cooling (IAC) free cooling solution for better PUE.
