Strict Action Against Those Collecting Parking Fee Against Rules: Amrapali Kata

Hyderabad, Aug 1 (Maxim News): GHMC Commissioner Amrapali Kata said that action has been taken against the malls and multiplexes that are charging parking fees contrary to the rules within the GHMC.

She said that it has come to their attention that many malls, multiplexes, and cinema theaters in the city are collecting parking fees from the people against the rules, and special teams have been sent to check the matter. She said that in the inspections of the respective teams, it was revealed that parking fees were being collected in some places contrary to the rules. She said that it was registered under a single-screen theater and was running multiple screens.

Similarly, they inspected the food stalls there and found that the food sold in the food stalls was of poor quality.

In this background, notices have been issued to the respective field officials as per the commissioner’s orders to the malls and multiplexes found to be irregular during the inspections. (Maxim News)
