Koratla/Hyderabad, May 30 (Maxim News) The poor women who were forcefully removed from their huts by the Revenue officials by using the police force and destroying the huts, again many women have once again set up huts with sarees at the government site on Sangem road in Korutla town of jagtial district
It may be recalled that the local poor people have been fighting for huts for the last 50 days under the leadership of Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s friendly party CPM. On May 29, the police arrested many people and forcibly removed their huts.
CPM leaders allotted house plots to women through lucky draws, which had been divided into plots by the officials. With this, on May 30, the poor once again set up boundaries with sarees. (Maxim News)
