Success Of Indira Mahila Dairy Will Make India Look Towards Madhira: Deputy CM Bhatti
Madhira/Hyderabad, Oct 30 (Maxim News): Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has revived the “Indira Mahila Dairy” by unveiling the “Indira Dairy logo at Reddy Gardens in Madhira town of Khammam district recently and expressed confidence that with the success of this project will make the country look towards Madhira.

He recalled that the wish of Indira Mahila Dairy which was designed in 2011 to make milk business by women of the Madhira Assembly segment will be fulfilled today. He said that Indira Mahila Dairy was designed with the idea that if the income of dairy farmers is added to the agricultural income, the families will be more sustainable.
He said that 9.5 acres of land was collected for Indira Mahila Dairy and Bhumi Puja was also done. he said that 20,000 women are members of the dairy and each of them will be provided with two dairy cows, which will produce about 2.40 lakh liters of milk daily, and the women have the potential to earn more than Rs. 25 crores per month.

The sales of not only milk but also buttermilk, ghee, butter, and sweets are added, and the annual turnover of Indira Mahla Dairy will exceed Rs. 500 crores. Village meetings will be organized and houses will be built for the homeless. He said that 3,500 houses will be constructed in each constituency in the first phase. (Maxim News)
