Supreme Court Appointed Justice Nageshwara Rao To Oversee HCA Elections

Delhi/Hyderabad, Feb 14 (maxim News): The Supreme Court intervened in the irregularities of the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA). The Cricket Association has issued an order appointing retired Justice L.nageswara Rao to oversee the elections. A bench headed by Justice SK Kaul, Justice Manoj Mishra, and justice Arvind Kumar passed the order in Hyderabad Cricket Association vs. Charminar Cricket Club case.

The HCA has appointed a single-member committee in place of the current election committee. A single-member committee was formed with the former judge of the Supreme Court, Justice L Nageswara Rao.

It has been revealed that he will oversee the process of conducting the pending HCA elections. The Supreme Court said that the elections should be held impartially. Justice L.nageswarao will take care of all the decisions related to the HCA and the next steps. The Supreme Court adjourned the further hearing to March 2. (Maxim News)
