Supreme Court Made Key Comments On Kancha Gachibowli Land Case
Delhi/Hyderabad, May 15 (Maxim News): The Supreme Court has made key remarks in the Kancha Gachibowli land case. The bench of Chief Justice B.R.Gavai which heard the matter on Thursday, once again clarified that forests should be restored in the Kancha Gachibowli lands.
Chief Justice of India, Justice B.R. Gavai made it clear that if steps are not taken to protect the environment, the officials including the CS will go to the temporary jail to be set up there.

Meanwhile, the Telangana government has asked the Supreme Court for some time to file a counter-affidavit filed by the CEC.
With this, the Supreme Court adjourned the next hearing to July 23, stating that the environment should be restored to its previous condition by July 23. (Maxim News)
