CJI Kant said that you did not go to the High Court in these cases, we cannot underestimate the jurisdiction of another court, the Supreme Court is not the ground for everything, and we are confident that the High Court will do justice in such cases. Senior lawyer CU Singh said that he had written a letter to the Chief Justice of the Guwahati High Court in the past to take action against Biswa Sharma. He accused Biswa Sharma of making hateful comments not only in Assam but also in the states of Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand.

Senior advocate AM Singhvi said that the Supreme Court should intervene in the Biswas Sharma case, saying that his comments apply to the entire country and that he is used to making mistakes. However, the Supreme Court has decided that the case should be heard in the High Court first. Biswas Sharma had previously made controversial comments that four to five lakh Mia voters would have to be removed from the list. Recently, the state BJP unit posted a controversial video. In the video, Biswas Sharma is seen targeting Muslims with his rifle. This has led to serious allegations against Biswas Sharma. (Maxim news)
