Delhi/Hyderabad, Oct 27 (Maxim News): The Supreme Court has made sensational comments on the issue of stray dogs. Justice Vikram Nath said that the Supreme Court is issuing summons to the Chief Secretaries of the states who have not submitted affidavits on the steps taken to implement the Supreme Court rules. The Supreme Court has issued summons to the Chief Secretaries of all the states and Union Territories, except West Bengal and Telangana. The Union Territories have been ordered to submit details of the implementation of their orders in the form of affidavits. Justice Vikram Nath adjourned the hearing to next Monday. The Supreme Court also ordered the Chief Secretaries to explain why they have not submitted the affidavits. (Maxim News)
