Delhi/Hyderabad, March 17 (Maxim News): The number of active cases of Corona in the country has increased to 5,026 of which 796 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.
More than 5 thousand active cases were registered in 109 days. However, the National Health Ministry said that there is a recovery rate of 98.80 percent among newly registered Covid cases.
The bordering state of Telangana at Karnataka and other states Himachal Pradesh, Puducherry, and Uttar Pradesh reported one death each. With these five deaths, the total number of Covid-19 deaths has reached 5,30,795.
With the new cases, the total number of people affected by Corona has reached 4.46 crores. However, the National Health Ministry said that there is no need to panic due to the increasing number of cases, but people should follow the Covid-19 protocol. (Maxim News) .
