Suspicious Death Rocks NIMS — Hyderabad Police Launch Investigation

NIMS | Hyderabad, Oct 17 (Maxim News): The suspicious death of an anesthesia medical student at NIMS Hospital in the city is causing a stir.

The deceased has been identified as Nithin, a B.Sc. Nursing student. Nithin, who had attended duty last night (Thursday), was found dead in the operation theatre this morning (Friday).

Based on information given by the hospital staff, the police reached the spot, registered a case and started an investigation.

The deceased student was a neurosurgery operation theater anesthesia technician at NIMS. He was doing his BSc nursing at NIMS.

However, Nithin’s death came as a shock to his colleagues when he was expected to complete his internship in a few days. Nithin was doing his internship at NIMS while staying at the government hostel in Borabanda.

However, Nithin, who had attended night duty, disappeared at midnight. In the morning, Nithin was found lying unconscious behind the door in the operation theater.

The housekeeping staff, who noticed Nithin, immediately informed the NIMS staff.

On the information of NIMS staff, the police reached the spot and removed the body from the scene for postmortem.

The police have started an investigation into the cause of death. They have also started examining the CCTV footage there.

The police have started investigating from all angles, including examining the phone call data of Nithin to see who he last spoke to.

On the other hand, the NIMS management has also expressed shock over Nithin’s death. The management has announced that it will fully cooperate with the police in this case.
