BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao has been arrested by the police. He has been detained by Hakeempet Air Force Station and taken to Alwal Police while he was on the way to Gajwel from Hyderabad.
Five medical students have been arrested here on the charges of cultivating and peddling ‘ganja’ in two separate cases, police said on Sunday. Among the arrested, three were involved in cultivation of cannabis at a rented house, they said.
The Mailardevpally police in collaboration with the officials from the drug control administration in Telangana nabbed three persons on charges of illegally selling Mephentermine sulfate injections at Vattepally on Monday.
