Telangana by-elections expected after Speaker may expel MLAs. Congress confident after Jubilee Hills win and prepares for upcoming polls.

BRS Working President KT Rama Rao (KTR) said that by - elections for Khairatabad, Serilingampally, Rajendranagar and Chevella are certain. He made it clear that they are staying away from the Hyderabad local body MLC elections.
