Get Ready For By-Elections: KTR’s Sensational Tweet

Hyderabad, Feb 3 (Maxim News): BRS Working President KT Rama Rao has called on BRS leaders and activists to prepare for the by-elections.  To this end, KTR made a key tween on X (Twitter) on Monday (February 3), ‘Looking azt the past judgments of the Supreme Court, BRS MLAs who have changed parties will be punished and it is impossible for the Congress party to protect the defectors, KTR said in the tweet.

Meanwhile, the hearing of the petition filed by BRS working president and former minister K.Tarakarama Rao in the Telangana MLA defections case was postponed on Monday.  A bench comprising justices BR Gavai and Vinod Chandran said that the hearing will be held together with the petition filed earlier in the same matter.

KTR filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court on January 29 alleging that the Telangana Assembly speaker is delaying action against the defected MLAs.  He urged the court to issue orders to the Speaker to immediately decide on the disqualification petitions.

However, the hearing of the special leave petition filed by BRS MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy on the defections is underway.  In this context, the two-member bench said that these two petitions will be heard together on the 10th. 

In this context, KTR’s call to workers to prepare for the by-elections and to declare that the defectors are certain has become a political topic of discussion.

It is known that MLAs Srinivas Reddy, Bandla krishnamohan Reddy, Kale Yadaiah, prakash Goud, Arikepudi Gandhi, gudem Mahipal Reddy and Sanjay Kumar, who won on the BRS party, have defected to the Congress.  KTR is demanding their disqualification. (Maxim News)
