Supreme Court Gives Big Shock To 10 BRS MLAs Who Has Changed Their Party

Delhi/Hyderabad, Feb 3 (Maxim News): It is known that BRS working president K.Tarak Rama Rao has approached the Supreme Court to declare the MLAs who have changed their party disqualified. A bench of Justices BR Gavai, Vinod and Chandran heard the petition filed by KTR today.

The bench has joined KTR’s petition with a previous petition filed on the same matter. The Supreme Court bench said that both the petitions will be heard together on February 10.

The Supreme Court has sent notices to Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Korutla Sanjay, Mahipal Reddy, Arekapudi Gandhi, Kale Yadaiah, and Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy, who joined the Congress party after winning the MLA seat from the BRS party. The hearing of this petition has now been adjourned to February 10.

The Supreme Court bench has ordered that the petition filed by KTR along with the petitions filed by Danam Nagender, Kadiam Srihari and Tellam Venkata Rao be handed over to Mukul Rohitgi, the lawyer representing the Telangana Speaker, who is the respondent.

The Supreme Court bench said that both the petitions will be heard together on February 10. (Maxim News)
