Hyderabad, August 28: Media Junction will organise a four day workshop, “Conquer Stage Fear,” from September 3 to 6 to help participants overcome public speaking anxiety.
The in person programme will focus on confidence, communication and practical techniques. It will help participants manage nervousness, hesitation and anxiety while speaking before an audience.
The workshop will be conducted by D. Ramchandram, a public relations professional and experienced trainer. The programme is limited to 15 participants to ensure individual attention and practice.
Conquer Stage Fear Focuses on Practical Speaking Skills
The sessions on September 3, 4 and 5 will run from 6 pm to 9.30 pm. The final session on September 6 will be held from 10 am to 8 pm.
Participants will learn how to manage nervousness and organise their thoughts. They will also practise confident speaking, effective body language and audience engagement.
The workshop will include speaking assignments, practical exercises and individual feedback. Participants will also get repeated opportunities to speak before others.
The programme is open to students, entrepreneurs, professionals, teachers, trainers and business owners. It is also aimed at aspiring speakers and public relations professionals.
D. Kalpana, Director of Media Junction, said stage fear is a common response and can be overcome through guidance and regular practice.
She said the workshop aims to help participants practise, receive feedback and gradually build confidence.
The workshop will be held at Media Junction, Ground Floor, Partani Towers, Golconda Cross Roads, Metro Pillar No. 1083, Musheerabad, Hyderabad. Only 15 seats are available.
