SC Charges Rs 15000 Fine To UP Govt For “Wastage Of Judicial Time”
New Delhi: The Supreme Court has imposed a cost of ₹ 15,000 on the Uttar Pradesh government for "wastage of judicial time" in a case in which the state had filed an appeal in the top court after a delay of over 500 days.
