TDF Inaugurates Computer Labs In Vikarabad And Medak Government Schools

Hyderabad, July 15 (Maxim News): The Telangana Development Forum (TDF) inaugurated new computer laboratories at Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS), Siripura in Vikarabad district and ZPHS, Donthi in Medak district on Wednesday.

The initiative aims to strengthen digital education and expand AI based learning opportunities for students studying in government schools across Telangana.

The project was implemented by TDF India in collaboration with TDF USA as part of its mission to improve digital infrastructure and equip rural students with future ready skills.

TDF Computer Labs to Expand AI Based Learning in Rural Telangana

The inauguration programme drew participation from Swathi Sudini, Vice President of TDF USA, Matta Rajeshwar Reddy, President of TDF India, T. Vani, Pati Narender, Marri Sangeetha Krishna Reddy, Sarpanch of Siripura, Ashok, Mandal Education Officer, Vidyasagar Reddy, Malla Reddy, school principals, teachers, village leaders, parents, and students.

At ZPHS Siripura, the TDF USA Atlanta Chapter, led by Pramod Kasi, established a fully equipped computer laboratory with support from lead sponsor Abrar Khan.

The facility includes six high performance computer systems, peripherals, and complete laboratory infrastructure.

Meanwhile, at ZPHS Donthi, Markanti Bhavani Reddy, Member of the Telangana State Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Commission, donated four computer systems to improve digital learning facilities for students.

The initiative focuses on providing students with practical exposure to computer education, coding, digital literacy, internet skills, and Artificial Intelligence tools. Furthermore, the organisers said the laboratories will help students develop critical skills required for higher education and future employment.

TDF representatives said the organisation remains committed to strengthening government schools through technology driven education.

They added that the new laboratories will enable students to explore AI based educational platforms, improve computer literacy, and gain practical experience in digital communication and innovation.

Moreover, the organisers said the project supports the vision of ensuring that students in rural Telangana receive learning opportunities comparable to those available in urban areas. They emphasised that digital education has become essential for preparing students for a rapidly changing technology driven world.

The initiative reflects TDF’s guiding vision of “Together for Education, Together for Telangana.” Through continued collaboration between TDF India and TDF USA, the organisation plans to support more government schools with modern educational infrastructure and digital learning resources.

The programme concluded with active participation from TDF leaders, school authorities, teachers, parents, public representatives, and students, highlighting the collective effort to bridge the digital divide in Telangana’s government schools.
