Telangana Has Most Residential Schools In India: Kadiam

Telangana has highest number of residential schools in India – 875 – covering all communities, including 577 residential schools launched in past three years, Deputy CM (Education) Kadiam Srihari said.

Replying to the short discussion on residential schools in the Legislative Council, he said in undivided Andhra Pradesh, there were only 296 residential schools which shot up to 875 in just three years.
