Telangana has the best policing system: Mahmood Ali
Peddapalli, Oct.11 (NSS): Home Minister Mohd Mahmood Ali inaugurated a Guest House building of the Police Welfare Association constructed at a cost of Rs.3.40 crore and One Town Police Station building constructed at a cost of Rs.3.50 crore in Godavarikhani town of Peddapalli district on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Home Minister Mahmood Ali said that the friendly police system introduced by the State government was evoking a good response among the people, and with the effective law and order measures, the overall crime rate in Telangana drastically came down compared to other states.
Because of the best policing system, the investments are coming to Telangana and the State has been progressing in all fronts under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, he said.
Minister for Social Welfare Koppula Eshwar, DGP Mahender Reddy, MP Venkatesh Netha, Ramagundam MLA Korukanti Chander, ZP Chairman Putta Madhu, District Collector S Sangeeta Satyanarayana and others were present. (NSS)
