Telangana: Non-Agricultural Properties Registration Begins Today

The registration of non-agricultural properties began in Telangana today at 141 sub-registrar offices across the state. The registrations are being held through the old web portal in old procedure. However, the process of slot booking is continued.

Users who have booked the slots can go through the registration process. As many as 24 slots are created for the registration of lands in a day i.e, one slot for every 15 minutes. In the view of registration of non-agricultural lands to begin today, the registration staff worked on Saturday and Sunday on the directions of the government.

The government has provided no clarity on the registration of lands without LRS. Although the government directed not to allow the registration of lands without LRS in the GO, in the orders issued on Friday, it said that the government would decide on the registration of lands with or without LRS in two or three days. However, no clarification has been given yet.
