Telangana Officials Dumma to Governor’s Praja Darbar

Telangana Governor | Hyderabad, Jan 1 (Maxim News): The Telangana State government officials including the Ministers, MLAs and MLCs were absent (Dumma) to the Praja darbar at Raj Bhavan. The distance between the Raj Bhavan and Pragati Bhavan is increasing day by day.

However, the tradition of greeting the Governor on the occasion of the New Year’s Day continues.

With the absence of Government officials, Ministers, MLAs, MLCs the tradition of expressing wishes to the Governor on behalf of the government presently headed by the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has broken.

It may be recalled that the Governor Dr. Tamilsai Soundara Rajan hosted a dinner for the President Draupadi Murmu at Raj Bhavan recently. KCR was away from the Governor’s dinner. Speaker Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy, Gutta sukhender Reddy, Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy, Ministers Harish Rao, Ch. Malla Reddy, BJP Chief Bandi Sanjay, PCC Chief Revanth Reddy attended the Governor’s dinner.

KCR welcomed President Draupadi Murmu at Hakimpet Airport, along with the MLA Pilot Rohit Reddy who is involved in the Bangalore Drug case and Moinabad Farm House episode of MLAs Purchase case and other MLAs such as Rega Kantha Rao, Balraj and Harshavardhan Reddy welcomed President Murmu.

After this KCR went directly to his farmhouse at Erravelli from Hakimpet Airport. KCR spoke to the Governor when he went to welcome the President. Everyone thought that the gap between Pragati Bhavan and Raj Bhavan has been removed since the two talked.

New year celebrations

However, the New year celebrations were grand at Raj Bhavan, on this occasion, handloom sarees were put on display, Governor Dr.Tamilisai Soundara Rajan wished the year 2023 to bring happiness to all. The Governor held a Praja Darbar and while interacting with the press persons, she reminded that everyone is happy even during the Corona period, it is only because of the precautions we have taken.

She said that the country will move forward with its economy and livelihood. Referring to the medical magazine she said that 81 crore people are being provided free food with the aim that no one should suffer from hunger and 45 lakh people have survived during the Covid period only through vaccination and medicines.

However, the non-attendance of the BRS MLAs, Ministers and Police officials at this ceremony has become a topic of discussion. Earlier, the Governor performed special prayers at the Bhagyalakshmi Temple in Hyderabad. (Maxim news)
