Telangana Talli Statues Unveiled by CM Revanth Across Districts
Telangana Talli Statues | Hyderabad, Dec. 9: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy participated in the second day of the Telangana Rising Global Summit and launched Telangana Talli statues across all district collectorates through a virtual link.
The Roads and Buildings Department supervised the installations. Ministers Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and Vakati Srihari, along with Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, joined the event.
The government approved funds of five crore eighty lakh rupees for the statues, with each installation costing seventeen lakh fifty thousand rupees.
Telangana Talli Statues Installations Mark Historic Statehood Date
Revanth Reddy said the announcement of Telangana statehood by the former United Progressive Alliance government on December nine marked a turning point for the region.
CM Revanth Reddy stated that the leadership of Sonia Gandhi respected the aspiration of four crore people and took a firm decision despite political challenges. He added that the day was chosen to observe the Telangana Talli emergence day.
Revanth Reddy noted that Sonia Gandhi’s birthday also falls on the same date.
The Chief Minister said that Telangana Talli statues had been set up in all district collectorates. He said these installations reflect the progress of the state and the efforts taken to strengthen public administration.
CM Revanth added that the government would continue to focus on development and inclusive growth.
