Terrorist Roaming Openly In Daylight: Jaishankar Warned 

Terrorist | Hyderabad, May 23 (Maxim News):  External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar has lashed out at Pakistan for its “inaction” in promoting terrorism.  He condemned Pakistan’s claim that there is no terrorism on its soil.  He said that the Pakistani government and its army are playing a key role in promoting terrorism.

Minister Jaishankar who is on a visit to the Netherlands as part of strengthening bilateral relations with Europe.  In this context, Minister Jaishankar made these comments in an interview given to local media. 

He also said that all the terrorists on the list released by the United Nations are in Pakistan.  He said that they all live in big cities.  They are committing these terrorist acts from there.  He revealed that the Pakistani government knows not only their addresses but also who they are in contact with.  Moreover, the minister expressed his anger by saying that they are all roaming openly in Pakistan in broad daylight. 

He reiterated India’s stance against terrorism on this occasion.  He said that India wants a definitive end to this matter.  The Union Minister made it clear that they are not angry with Pakistan, but with terrorism.  he said on this occasion that there are countless terrorist bases in Pakistan.  He said that it would be foolish for such a Pakistan to say that its country has no connection with terrorism.  He said that the ceasefire agreement between the two countries will continue for now.  If terrorism from Pakistan continues in this manner, then the country will have to face the consequences from India, Union Minister Jaishankar warned. 

He also clarified that terrorism and Jammu and Kashmir are separate issues for India.  Terrorism is an independent issue.  Similarly, it is a completely unacceptable international crime.  He said that this should not be condoned under any circumstances.  He expressed anger that the terrorists have targeted the tourism sector in Jammu and Kashmir. 

On the other hand, Minister Jaishankar also responded to this issue in the wake of US President Donald Trump’s offer to mediate between India and Pakistan.  He  recAlled that India had rejected Trump’s mediation.  Minister Jaishankar made it clear that they will not accept third party involvement in the Kashmir issue.  (Maxim News)
