TGRTC To Take Over Former BRS MLA Jeevan Reddy Mall And Multiplex If Dues Not Paid Within A Week 

Nizamabad/Hyderabad, May 25 (Maxim News): Keeping in view that the High Court of Telangana on Thursday gave an interim order in the case of former BRS MLA Jeevan Reddy’s mall and multiplex near Armoor Bus Stand in Nizamabad district.

The Court directed Vishnujit Infra Developers Pvt Ltd to pay the pending rent arrears of Rs. 2.51 crore to TGRTC within a week. TGRTC has decided to repossess the multiplex building if the dues are not paid within a week. An announcement regarding this was released on Saturday. 

“If the rent arrears are not paid within a week from the date of issuance of the High Court order, the TGRTC will take possession of the Jeevan Reddy Mall and Multiplex building as per the rules. The Court clarified that if the rent is not paid on time in the future, the mall can be taken over without giving any prior notice.
