TGSRTC Staff Honored for Timely Medical Aid to Student with Cardiac Arrest

Hyderabad, Sept 11 (Maxim News): Conductor G. Gangadhar and hired bus driver B. Gangadhar of Bainsa Depot were honored with cash prizes by the TGSRTC MD VC Sajjanar along with the higher officials at Hyderabad Bus Bhavan on Wednesday.

On the 9th of this month, while the bus was going from Bhainsa to Nirmal, when it reached Dilawarpur, a 12-year-old student, Kiran, suddenly had a heart attack. The conductor G. Gangadhar noticed this and stopped the bus aside. Along with the driver B. Gangadhar, he was given first aid.

As the health condition worsened, Kiran was immediately shifted to the nearby Narsapur PHC by bus. The doctors said that Kiran’s life was saved by bringing him to the hospital in time.

On this occasion, TGSRTC MD VC Sajjanar appreciated the driver B. Gangadhar and conductor B. Gangadhar who saved the life of a 12-year-old student promptly. He said that it is a great thing that the RTC staff is showing service adequacy in times of emergency. Apart from bringing the passengers safely to their destinations, they are appreciated for ensuring that they are there in their time of need.
