Theft of 70kg Ganja From A Police Station in Jagtial
Karimnagar/Hyderabad, April 2 (Maxim News): Some thieves shocked the police in this order. At the same time, cannabis was sold from the police station. 70 kg of ganja which was kept in the police station after the seizure was stolen. The incident which took place in Sarangpur police station of Jagtial district came to light late.

Police are working hard to stop the smuggling of ganja in Telangana. The police have set up check posts everywhere.
In February last year, Sarangpur police seized 70 kg of cannabis being smuggled in an ambulance from Rajasthan. A case was registered against the four accused and sent to remand.

However, the recovered ganga was kept in the same ambulance and parked next to Sarangapur police station SI quarters.
Police observed the ambulance yesterday and found that the ganja had been stolen. Officials who came to know about the matter are carrying out thorough investigations based on the dog squad and CCTV footage. (Maxim News)
