Kachiguda Police arrested the accused in Crime No. 01/2021 U/S 381,419,468 & 471 IPC OF PS Kachiguda, Hyderabad.
Hyderabad, Jan 2 (Maxim News) The sleuths of Kachiguda Police Station Hyderabad City nabbed an offender and seized intact the stolen property of gold ornaments weighing about 65 tulas, silver ornaments weighing about 55 tulas and net cash of Rs. 1,20,000/- all worth of Rs. 35,00,000/- from his possession within 12 hours of offence.
Details of the accused arrested:
Nanda Kusaraju @ Raju @ Nanda Gopal S/o Late. N. Suri Babu, age: 29 yrs, Occ: Male Caregiver, Caste: BC-Kapu, R/o. Near Sundaraiah park, ATM Lane, Bahglingampally, Hyderabad. N/o. H. No: 1-120, Ramanayyapeta (V), Yeleswaram (M), East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh State.
Brief History of the Accused:
The accused person is native of Ramanayyapeta (V), Yeleswaram (M), East Godavari Dist., Andhra Pradesh State. He completed his 10th class in the year 2009 and joined as helper in construction field for 7 years, and he migrated to Hyderabad for better livelihood. He worked as daily wage laborer for 2 years at Hyderabad.
After that with a view to conceal his real identity he got changed his name as Nanda Gopal in an Aadhar card. In the month of February 2018 by seeing “paper add” he joined as a male care taker at plot No. 205, Gokuldham Apartment, Barkatpura, Kachiguda, Hyderabad by submitting his fake Aadhar card as Nanda Gopal by suppressing his original identity and also changed his Honda Activa vehicle number as TS09EK7035 instead of TS10ANTR6408 (Temporary Registration Number) to take care of Paralytic Dr. Vijay Sitharam Kale and he is paid Rs. 36,000/-. He came through Sahaya Home Care service situated at Miyapur, and living in a room nearby Sundaraiah Park, ATM Lane, Bahglingampally, Hyderabad.
MO (Modus Operendi)
On 31.12.2020 the accused got prepared Flat key and Almirah key through a lock-smith who is having shop at Narayanguda flyover and with those keys during the temporary absence of the inmates, taking advantage that the disability of the patient Dr. Sitharam Kale was admitted in Hospital and his wife was attending on him, used duplicate keys of the Flat as well as the Almirah in the home of the above patient and committed theft of gold, silver Ornaments and net cash all worth of Rs. 35,00,000/- and decamped with the booty. The property owner Smt. Chaya Vijaya kale W/o Vijay Sitharam Kale, age 62 yrs, Occ: House wife, R/o. Flat. No. 205, A-wing, Gokuldham, Barkatpura, Kachiguda, Hyderabad noticed the theft after returning from the hospital, and filed her complaint at 01.00 hrs of the night of 1.1.2021.
Details of the instance case:
While the investigation is in progress on 01-01-2021, the Kachiguda Police having received reliable information about the presence of the accused at Hafeezpet, immediately rushed to Hafeezpet and apprehended the accused person and recovered the entire stolen property, intact.
The arrest of accused was made by C. Yadender, Detective-Inspector of Police, PS Kachiguda, Hyderabad City with the assistance of B. Nagarjuna Reddy, Sub-Inspector of Police, PS Kachiguda and the Crime personnel of Kachiguda Police Station, Hyderabad under the direct supervision of K. Muralidhar, the Addl. Dy Commissioner of Police, East Zone, Hyderabad, ACP and SHO Kachiguda PS., Hyderabad City Police Commissioner Anjani kumar said while addressing a media meet.
