Telangana Joint Action Committee (TJAC) chairman, Kodandaram, and his followers was arrested at Toopran toll plaza, while they were on the way to Nizamabad, to attend a Town Hall meeting.
Their request for permission to take out a rally as tributes to martyrs, was earlier rejected. The yatra was later changed to Town Hall meeting. Still Hyderabad police waylaid and arrested them. TJAC Amaraveerula Yatra at Kamareddy yesterday, was disrupted by police. TRS government is misusing power and is intolerant, Kodandaram said.
