Town Planning Officer Harika Caught By ACB While Taking A Bribe Of Four Lakhs
Hyderabad, Sept 9 (Maxim News): ACB raids were conducted at the Narsinghi Municipal office. Town Planning Officer Harika was caught red-handed by the ACB while taking a bribe of Rs. 4 lakh. Harika demanded a bribe for building permits.
ACB searches are ongoing. Town Planning Officer Harika was detained and interrogated by the ACB. Harika demanded Rs. 10 lakh to clear the LRS of a plot belonging to a person named Vinod in Manchirevula. Today, she was caught by the ACB while taking Rs. 4 lakh. The searches are ongoing under the leadership of ACB DSP Sridhar.
It is noteworthy that more than 20 women officials have been caught taking bribes in these eight months since january 2025. It is known that five or six days ago, District Fisheries officer M.Charitha Reddy was caught red-handed by ACB officials while taking a bribe at the nalgonda Collectorate.
