Traffic Advisory For “Sunday Funday”

Hyderabad, Feb 18 (Maxim News) In connection with the “Sunday Funday” event on Upper Tank Bund, traffic will be diverted on Sunday, i.e. on February 19 from 5 pm to 10 pm to facilitate citizens/pedestrians attending the event and in order to ensure road safety.

The Traffic coming from Liberty towards Upper Tank bund will not be allowed and diverted at Ambedkar statue towards Telugu Thalli, Iqbal Minar.

Similarly, traffic coming from Telugu Thalli towards Upper Tank bund will not be allowed and diverted at Ambedkar Statue towards Liberty, Himayathnagar, Traffic coming from Iqbal Minar towards Secunderabad will be diverted at Old Secretariat towards Telugu Tahalli Flyover. Traffic coming from Karbala maidan towards the Upper Tank bund will not be allowed and diverted at Sailing Club towards Kavadiguda DBR Mills – lower Tank bund – Katta Maisamma Temple – Telugu Thalli flyover and Traffic coming from DBR Mills towards upper Tank bund will not be allowed and diverted at DBR Mills towards Ghosala-Kavadiguda – Jabbar Complex – Bible House

Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad city has requested the commuters and the general public to avoid the Tank bund route and take alternative routes which have been mentioned, date and time to reach their destinations without any hindrance and co-operate with the Traffic police, In case of any emergency call 90102023626 (Traffic Help Line) for travel assistance.

The parking places for visitors coming from the Ambedkar statue side are requested to park their vehicles at Ambedkar Statue to Lepakshi, new MLA quarters, Adarshnagar, and the visitors coming from Karbala maidan side at Sailing Club to Children’s park, Buddha Bhavan backside towards the necklace road, and NTR Grounds, (Maxim News)
