Training Facility To Strengthen Traditional Occupations: Ramanna

In yet another step towards conserving traditional occupations and strengthening the rural economy, a permanent training and skill development facility will be established here.

Backward Classes Welfare Minister Jogu Ramanna said the objective was to strengthen those who were practising caste-based or traditional professions like toddy tappers, potters, weavers, washermen, barbers and others.
