Responding to the allegation of Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay, TRS working president and Minister for IT, Industries and Municipal Administration K. Taraka Rama Rao said that the TRS workers have no need to obstruct his padayatra.

KTR flayed Sanjay’s assurance of implementing free education and health if BJP comes to power in the state of Telangana. He mentioned that the KCR government will extend support to the Modi government at Centre if it passes a bill in the Parliament making education and health free for all citizens of the country.

The minister criticised the Centre for not allocating funds to the Hindu temples in Telangana. Giving an offer to Bandi Sanjay, KTR said, “I will arrange four to five air-conditioned vehicles to Telangana BJP leaders for visiting the districts of Karnataka which are bordering with Telangana state.” He enlisted several welfare schemes of the TRS government that are not implemented by BJP government in Karnataka.

The TRS working president further said that Shivaraj Patil, BJP MLA from Raichur in Karnataka, has demanded that Raichur district should be merged in Telangana state.
