Hyderabad, Feb.16 (Maxim News): TRS MLC K Prabhakar lashed out at union minister of state for home affairs G Kishan Reddy for his comments on metro rail opening program. Kishan Reddy is making unnecessary provocative comments, he said.
Taking to news persons at TRS Legislature Party office here, Prabhakar expressed displeasure at Kishan Reddy’s comments against the ruling party and Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao. He slammed the BJP leadership for trying to blame the state government on metro rail opening from JBS to MGBS.
‘We have already explained that protocol was followed and invited him for the metro rail opening’, he said. Though he did not attend the programme for any reason, the Union minister cannot indulge in vague remarks. It is not right for the minister to suggest against seeking metro rail funds.
He demanded the minister to withdraw his words against the funds for metro rail project in the city. The minister, he said, should bring any other project and funds instead of that incorrect talk, he suggested.
The MLC said that they will felicitate Kishan Reddy if he gets a new project for Telangana state and Hyderabad. Kishan Reddy has commented against the state government and officials for not extending time for metro rail opening as he was with parliament session. On this, Prabhakar took exception to Kishan Reddy’s remarks and said that the new rail was opened for people.(Maxim News)
