TRS To Stall Electricity Amendment Bill In Both Houses Of Parliament
Hyderabad, Sept.13 (Maxim News): The ruling TRS Party MPs have decided to stall the Electricity amendment bill in both Houses of Parliament. The party MP from Peddapalle Venkatesh Netakani said that they would stall the bill at any cost as it was against the interests of the state.
He also said that they would fight for release of GST arrears to the state. He dared rival BJP MPs to come along with them if they really had any commitment towards the state. Targeting union minister or state for home affairs G. Kishan Reddy he asked the minister as to how many jobs they would give to the unemployed youth of the state in Ramagundam Fertilizers corporation. He reminded the union minister that the state government has 11 percent stake in the corporation. He demanded the central government to protect the Veerlupally and Laxmipuram villages that would be polluted due to the corporation.
He alleged that the union minister and the BJP MPs were misleading the people of the state over the development of the state. (Maxim News)
