TRSA And Telangana Tahsildar Association Condemns Congress MLA Comments
Hyderabad, April 18 (Maxim News): The Telangana Revenue Employees Service Association (TRSA) and Telangana Tahsildar Association condemned dornakal MLA Ramchander Naik’s abusive language towards a Tahsildar in Mahabubabad.
An awareness programme was organized on Bhu Bharathi portal at Mariposa and Chinna Gudur mandals in Mahabubabad district on thursday. During the programme, the Dornakal MLA found fault with the Tahsildar for denying permission for sand quarrying beyond the stipulated time.
In a video that is going viral on social media platforms, the Dornakal MLA is seen abusing the Tahsildar saying “don’t talk idiot language with me.”
The officer is seen explaining to the MLA that permission for sand quarrying was being accorded as per State government instructions and GOMs 3 and GOMS 15. The Tahsildar’s do not have special privileges to give permissions, he explains.
The TRSA and Telangana Tahsildar Association mahabubabad unit in a statement condemned the Dornakal MLAs abusive language towards the Tahsildar. Curbing unauthorized sand transportation and quarrying was possible with coordinated efforts of all line departments, the Associations said.
The Associations also stressed that due to staff crunch at field level and the majority of the time being allocated for implementation of government welfare schemes, employees were finding it difficult to focus on other issues.
Despite all these constraints, the employees were delivering the jobs to the best of their possibilities. “The Donrnakal MLAs abusive language towards a Tahsildar is highly condemnable and has hurt the employees’ self-respect. We appeal to the government to ensure such incidents do not recur, the TRSA and Telangana Tehsildar Association said in the statement. (Maxim News)
