TSBIE asks Principals, Managements not to withhold certificates of candidates

Hyderabad, Aug.19 (Maxim News): All the principals of the Government Junior Colleges and Managements running Private Aided/Private Un-Aided/Co-Operative/T.S Residential/T.S Social Welfare Residential/T.S. Tribal Welfare Residential/T.S Model/BC Welfare/KGBV/ Incentive Junior College are informed that should not withhold the certificates of students who are leaving the Junior colleges.

In a circular, the TSBIE stated it was the responsibility of the principal to issue all the certificates related to the students while leaving the Junior College and also informed not to withhold the certificates by stating any flimsy reasons. All the District Officers were instructed to inspect all Private Junior colleges and ensure that no college withholds the certificates of any students for any reason whatsoever. Any complaint in this regard can be lodged with concerned DIEO or Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education.

In this context, Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education reiterated that any violation of the rules, regulations and guidelines prescribed in respect of issuance of certain certificates related to the students will be viewed very seriously and the necessary action will be initiated on such Managements, said Syed Omer Jaleel, IAS, Secretary.
