TSPSC Exams Cancellation Has a Reason: HC

TSPSC Exams | Hyderabad, April 24 (Maxim News): The Telangana High Court has commented that the cancellation and postponement of TSPSC exams has the reason.

A hearing was held in the High Court on the petition filed by Congress leader Balmari Venkat in the question paper leakage case. The counsel for the petition told the court that the SIT investigation was not going on properly.

There is political pressure and Minister K.Tarak Rama Rao’s interference in the SIT investigation. SIT is investigating as the Minister said. KTR had earlier said that two were involved in the leak. “There are no technical experts in the SIT to investigate IT issues, he told the court. The Advocate General on behalf of the State government told the High Court that the SIT has so far questioned 40 witnesses as part of the investigation, 12 computers were brought to the attention of the court as they were seized by the SIT.

Later, the bench responded and questioned the government whether there were IT experts in the SIT. Will you go back to outsourcing the investigation of IT issues? commented that, Why were BJP and Congress leaders called for investigation? Have you collected any information from leaders? The court asked. The bench said that an interim order will be issued on this matter on April 28. (Maxim News)
