TSPSC Paper Leak: Bail Granted To 8 More People

Hyderabad, May 12 (Maxim News): Nampally court granted bail to 8 more people in the TSPSC paper leak case and ordered two sureties of Rs. 50 thousand.

The Nampally court has given the orders directing them to cooperate with the police investigation and appear before the SIT officials on the specified dates. The court granted bail to Nilesh Naik, Ketawat Srinivas, Rajender Naik and five others. A Nampally court granted conditional bail to Renuka Rathore in the same case. The court ordered Renuka to submit a surety bond of Rs. 50,000 and to appear before the SIT on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Renuka, who was remanded in Chanchalguda women’s jail was released on bail on Thursday evening.

It may be recalled that Renuka, who is an assistant engineer of TSPSC, played a key role in the leakage of AEE question papers. Regarding the same case, Ramesh. The Court also granted conditional bail to Prashanth, Renuka’s husband Dhakya Naik is still in Jail. he filed several bail petitions but was rejected by the Court. (Maxim News)
