TTD Employees Took A Pledge To Fight Corruption
Tirumala, Oct.31 (Maxim News): As part f vigilance awareness week, the TTD employees on Saturday took a pledge to fight corruption and maintain integrity of institution with dedication in the devotees service.
The oath-taking ceremony was held at the Srivari Seva Sadan as part of the ongoing Vigilance awareness week held from October 27- November 2 on the directions of the central vigilance commission as a tribute to Steel Man of India Sardar Vallabhai Patel on his birth anniversary.
Under the supervision of the CVSO Gopinath Jatti, the pledge ceremony was held for Vigilance staff, Staff of VQC-1, reception-1 &2, Kalyana Katta staff sand Srivari sevakulu
Speaking on the occasion, the TTD VGO Manohar said the theme of the vigilance week this year is Apramatha Bharat, Sampannna Bharat (a vigilant India, Prosperous Nation).
He said it is duty of every citizen to fight corruption and misuse of office which deterred to all round development of the country.
Personal discipline transformed family and society in general, he said and urged the TTD employees, Srivari sevakulu, taxi drivers, hotels and shop owners to coordinate and selflessly serve the devotees coming to Tirumala for Srivari darshan.
TTD vigilance wing VGO Prabhakar said all TTD employees were made part of the awareness program during the vigilance week celebrations. All devotees are advised to call the toll free numbers so that senior officials are alerted to take action. Flexis are put up in important locations of Tirumala and Tirupati with phone number, and emails of senior vigilance officials, he said.
TTD AEOs CA Ramakantha Rao, Krishna Murthy, Rajendra, AVSOs Ganga Raju Veerababu, Pavan Kumar, Venkataramana and vigilance inspectors were present. (Maxim News)
