United Nations To Consider Appeal If India Want To Change It Into Bharat
Delhi/Hyderabad, Sept 7 (Maxim News): The United Nations have given an interesting response to the large-scale discussion that the Central government is planning to change the name of the country from India to Bharat.
United nation Secretary-General Antonio Guterres Deputy Representative Farhan Haque said that Turkey changed its name to Turkiye last year. “We have received an official request from the government of Turkey regarding the name change. Similarly, we will consider any other appeal in the same way, said Farhan Haque. He responded in this way when asked about the reports that India is going to change its name to Bharat.
President Draupathi Murmu has extended a dinner invitation to the guests who will participate in the G20 summit. Mentioning her as “The President of Bharat’ has become a big topic of discussion across the country. The opposition is opposing the name of the country to going to be changed from India to Bharat and what is the need now. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi responded to the controversy on Wednesday. The party leaders were advised not to get involved in politics and to speak carefully in the matter of india/s name change. Bharat is the name of the country before, so it is advised to be careful not to get into controversy. (Maxim News)
