UP CM Yogi to visit temple tomorrow, security tightened

Hyderabad, July 2 (Maxim News): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adiyanath’s scheduled visit to the Charminar Bhagyalakshmi Ammavaru temple on Saturday has been postponed to Sunday. This was disclosed by the BJP MLA Raja Singh today.

Raja Singh called upon the party activists to attend the party executive meeting on Sunday and visit the Bhagyalakshmi Ammavari temple in large numbers later. As the party high command had directed the party workers and leaders to attend the executive meeting first and see other places later, Raja Singh said Yogi Adityanath would visit the Sri Bhagyalakshmi Ammavari temple for darshan on Sunday. He also said the people of Old City were eagerly waiting to see the UP Chief Minister on Sunday.

In this connection, the Police department made elaborate bandobust and security arrangements at the Charminar Bhagyalakshmi Ammavari temple. He said Yogi was scheduled to visit the temple on Saturday, but the program was postponed to Sunday under unavoidable circumstances. The police also stopped the bike rally of the ruling TRS workers.

The police deployed Central forces like City Armed Reserve, Rapid Action Force, South Zone Task Force, Mufti crime police party and Telangana police battalion were deployed at Charminar. South Zone Deputy Commissioner of Police Chaitanya was supervising the security arrangements. (Maxim News)
