Hyderabad, Mar 26 (Maxim News): A ruckus broke out in the Telangana Assembly over the comments made by BRS MLA K.Tarak Rama Rao. He commented that there is a campaign going on that Congress leaders are taking 30 percent commissions for getting work done. Members of the ruling party, including Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikaramarka expressed strong objection to this.
Bhatti Vikaramarka commented that BRS members should speak with their ears closed. BRS members objected to this. The atmosphere in the House heated up due to the concerns of both the Congress and BRS members.
Bhatti Vikaramarka challenged KTR to prove his comments. Otherwise, he demanded an apology in the House. He expressed anger that the BRS members were misleading the House. He said that it was not right to speak as he pleased just because had a microphone. Bhatti Vikaramarka was furious, saying that he expected KTR to speak respectfully. He was misleading not only the House but the state. On the other hand, the Speaker said that KTR’s comments were being removed from the records. After that, the BRS members walked out of the House. They protested at the entrance of the MLAs. They shouted slogans like 20 and 30 per cent government. (Maxim News)
