This initiative, titled “Mana illu Mana kuragayalu” (Our Home, Our Garden), is a timely response to rapid urbanization and the shrinking space available for traditional agriculture. By empowering residents to utilize their rooftops and balconies for vegetable gardens, the program aims to promote public health and reduce the city’s carbon footprint.
