Urdu Journalists demand lands in Telangana

Hyderabad, June 28 (Maxim News): A delegation of Telangana Urdu Working Journalists Federation (TUWJF) led by its General Secretary Syed Ghouse Mohiuddin has met with the Chairman of Telangana Media Academy Alam Narayana and sought justice in allotment of land to Urdu Journalists as promised by the Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, IT and Industries KT Rama Rao. 

The Urdu Working Journalists delegation has informed Alam Narayana about the discrimination that is going on in the issuance of accreditation and other issues. The delegation said that KTR has announced giving land to all journalists and the responsibility has been given to Alam Narayana, they said that land has been identified.  

However, Alam Narayana has accepted the demand of the Federation that the representatives of Urdu will be included in the committee that will be formed for the selection of journalists.  The Federation will be informed of the same as soon as the conditions of this are determined.  admitting the irregularities in the issuance of the accreditation, he showed his inability to take any action in this regard at present.  

The General Secretary of the Federation has appealed to the urdu Journalists that if there is discrimination in the allotment of double-bedroom houses or land at the district and state level, it should be informed to the Federation, for more information can contact Cell No.  9885157378, a link will be created soon. 

In the delegation, State Vice President of the Federation Syed Azmat Ali Shah, Khazan MA Mohsin, Hyderabad City Unit President Dr. Muhammad Asif Ali, City General Secretary Muhammad Shafiullah, and member Ameela Syedans were present.  (Maxim News)
