Hyderabad, Nov.26 (Maxim News): TPCC President N.Uttam Kumar Reddy on Monday launched a scathing attack against Chief Minister KCR and his TRS Party.
Addressing ‘Meet the Press’ program organized at Baheer Bagh press club in the city, Reddy questioned the double standards adopted by KCR when it came to attacking rival political parties. Questioning the continuous criticism of Congress arty by KCR, Reddy asked as to how could the CM joined hands with MIM party despite its strong opposition of separate Telangana state. “KCR is walking together with MIM party, which has opposed the formation of Telangana state. But he is attacking our party, which has created the Telangana state. Why?,” he questioned.
Reddy alleged that journalists of the state were the most affected section of the society under KCR’s rule. He alleged that KCR was a person with full of arrogance and was acting like no other politician in the country. Noting that several people opposed the formation of the Telangana state, he said that the dream of the crores of people of the state had turned into a reality thanks to their leader Sonia Gandhi, while noting that KCR himself acknowledged this fact.
“Agreeing that Congress party lost power in the state due to strong anti-incumbency and other reasons, he alleged that KCR turned the state into a hub of corruption in his rule. He said that KCR became CM after backtracking on his promise of making a dalit leader as the first CM of the state. Commenting on the criticism of KCR against grand alliance, Reddy said that KCR was scared of the grand alliance . “ He is having sleepless nights. KCR told the world he was not worried about any kind of alliance in the state on the day of the dissolution of the state’s assembly. But, he is completely scared now as he is scared of facing a humiliating defeat in the elections. Predicting a landslide victory for the grand alliance in the elections, Reddy said that they would form the government on December 12,2018.(Maxim News)
