Vamsichand Reddy Wrote 21 Letters To CWC Members
Hyderabad, Aug.23 (Maxim News): AICC Secretary Ch. Vamshichand Reddy today wrote a letter to all 21 Congress Working Committee (CWC) members, 15 Permanent invitees and 11 special invitees of the CWC ahead of its scheduled meeting on Monday and urged it to entrust the responsibility of the party president’s post to the party leader and former president Rahul Gandhi. The CWC was meeting to discuss on the next party president as the term of the present president Sonia Gandhi is nearing completion. In his letter, he told the CWC members that he was writing his letter on behalf of the crores of the party workers and supporters of the party.
He said that the need of the hour was to handover the responsibility to the party MP Rahul Gandhi and added that the entire congress Party cadres from the across the country are eagerly awaiting for the decision of the party to appoint Rahul Gandhi as the next party president. He made it clear that Rahul Gandhi would alone has the capability of bringing together new and the old guard of the party on one platform. He praised that Rahul Gandhi was the only leader who is fighting for against the facist and communal forces that are trying to destroy the unity and integrity of the country. He said that the leadership of Rahul Gandhi under the able guidance of the current party president Sonia Gandhi was essential for the development of the party. (Maxim News)
