Viral fever rises in Telangana
Hyderabad, Oct 25 (Maxim News):There is a sharp spike in the number of viral fever cases, around 170 cases of malaria have been reported in Telangana.
Civil Surgeon and Resident Medical Officer (RMO) of Fever Hospital, Padmaja claimed that malarial and viral cases are increasing in the city due to seasonal changes and fluctuations in the temperature.
“This is mostly due to the seasonal change. Till now, 170 people have tested positive for malaria this year. In August, 58 cases of malaria were reported from this hospital,” Padmaja added.
She also advised people to be cautious and take preventive measures. “Everyone should take necessary precaution to prevent themselves from the mosquito bites.
